Since 2005 a cooperation has been established between Christian Fuchs and Annamaria Lesko, vintner from the historic,
world-known Tokaj wine region. The young lady manages a winery and cultivates the traditional Tokaj varieties on 2 hectares:
Furmint, Harslevelü and Yellow Muscat. The vineyards are located in Mád, in the largest vintner village of the region.

"The Betsek site in Tokaj provides a well-grounded volcanic soil which is a mixture of wet loam and rhyolit gravel,
offering an inexhaustible potassium-source" -Christian reckons. "Our wines are recognisable, rich in flavour with a taste
of minerals."

The vintners wait every year for the Indian summer in order to produce noble-rot grapes.

Annamaria: "Our goal is to achieve ingredient quality straight from the vineyard. We achieve it using the moon
calendar and by nature-friendly canopy management."

The labour-intense canopy management, the vine variety composition, the impact of the warm, sunny autumn-days
followed by the cool, misty nights make the individual wonder of Tokaj: the world-known noble-rot grapes, the "aszú".
The small noble-rot-berries are picked at the end of October, begin November by hand and vinificated to special wines.
Grape variety specific and noble-sweet wines are produced: dry Furmint, Harslevelü, Yellow Muscat, aszú wines
(graded 3 to 6 "Puttony"), aszúeszencia and eszencia.
